May 21-25
Friday: Noon dismissal
FRIDAY WAFFLE PARTY:
The kids have been working very hard the last few months to earn a waffle party. And we have finally earned it!!! Our waffle party will be Friday, May 25th. We will begin grinding the wheat around 10:15 and will be making the waffles at approximately 11:00. As a class, the kids have made a list of toppings they would like to have for their waffles. I have placed the list on the table inside the classroom. We would love it if parents would be kind enough to sign up to bring in the items on the list. Thank you very much!
FRIDAY BOOK SIGNING:
Friday, after we make and eat our waffles at approximately 11:30, we will be having our book signing party for the book, “Kindergarten Friends,” that we published earlier in the year. To begin the book signing, the kids will each have the opportunity to read their page of the book out loud. Afterwards, they will have time to autograph each other’s books. Please make sure your kids has his/her book at school on this day!
Parents are more than welcome to join us for both celebrations.
Noon dismissal on Friday.
Thanks!
